Charity Walk
Purpose: to provide hope and build faith to those who have lost due to fetal or infant deaths and to speak life into our local inner city youth.
As a result of its past Angels of Hope Charity Walks, NCCC has raised over $50,000. Previous funds raised from the Charity Walk went towards the UVA Children’s Hospital and the Noah-Christian Community Center Outreach Ministry.
We also strive to bring awareness about the high fetal and infant death rates in Virginia.
Virginia’s infant mortality rate is higher than the national average. (16th highest in nation; Feb. 2009) Stillbirth rate in the US is 1 in 115 births a year. (26,000 stillbirths per year). Please visit The National Stillbirth Society www.stillnomore.org
NCCC invites the local community to join them in this life-changing event.
Join us as we make a difference!
